Shipping time:
Europe - about 4-5 business days.

This is average delivery time. It could change depending on a logistic company service, your geographic location, availability or weather conditions as well as the customs inspection.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping and delivery. And in case of damage during delivery or loss, we will send you new product.

Can I cancel the order?If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have any other strong reason for cancellation please contact us within 12 hours after ordering, otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped in accordance with the stated timeline

Can I return or exchange the order?Custom or personalized goods are not the subject of return or exchange

If you would like to return a non-personalized item:
- contact us within 14 days of accepting the order
- return the product at your own cost
- your order will be reimbursed after receiving the item in its original condition
- you will be refunded the net price excluding shipping cost and processing fee

If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item:
- contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- return the product at your own cost
- cover shipping and cost difference if any to get the new item.
All shipping costs for return or exchange are covered by a buyer.

If I received a damaged or wrong order?

In case you got a damaged or wrong item due to our fault, please contact us and we will do our best to find a mutual solution and solve the problem!
